Where We Ship
We ship across the European Union. All orders are dispatched from within the EU, so your order moves entirely within the EU customs union — there are no import duties, customs fees, or unexpected charges on delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your destination country within the EU. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any free-shipping thresholds will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@browlift.eu and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right.
